	The combustion chamber of IMPRESIND gas radiant heating system is designed to be installed outdoors, and the indoor radiant tube (heating element) has no open flame on the outside. The combustion of natural gas in the generator produces high temperature flue gas, and the generated flue gas flows in the negative pressure radiation tube, the surface temperature of the radiation tube rises to 260-280 ° C, and the high temperature surface of the radiation tube produces infrared radiation, which transfers heat to the heating area. After the heat exchange of the flue gas inside the radiation tube is completed, part of the product is recirculated for heating, and the other part is discharged outdoors. When the equipment starts, the micro positive pressure fan starts, after the micro difference switch is closed, the negative pressure fan starts, after the negative pressure switch is closed, the burner ignits. The micro positive pressure fan can ensure the stability of the flame without flame spillover, and the negative pressure fan can well elongate the flame in the radiation tube to ensure the combustion efficiency. The dual fan configuration ensures flame safety to a large extent. 
 

	The equipment is equipped with running thermal overload protection relay to prevent the direct damage to the fan caused by excessive current, ensure the safety of the fan and increase the service life. Power off delay protection device, after the device stops running, ensure that the hot air in the radiation pipe is discharged from the device in time, prevent the hot air flow back when the device stops damaging the equipment components, and prevent the hot air from accumulating in the radiation pipe to form condensate water.
