Project Overview:&nbsp;Hangar No. 1 of China Southern Airlines Base at Beijing's new airport has a total area of 39,000 square meters, which is equivalent to 5 football fields or 80 basketball courts. It consists of a maintenance hangar hall and a four-story annex building. It is designed to accommodate five wide-body aircraft and three narrow-body aircraft, which can amount to twelve aircraft including two Airbus A380 and three Boeing 777 at the same time. This design can meet the flexibility of parking aircraft of different models and different maintenance requirements. The project is the largest single-unit project in the China Southern Airlines base at Beijing's new airport. After its completion, it will become one of the largest aircraft maintenance hangars in Asia and in the world. (Citation:&nbsp;China Southern Airlines official website news announcement) 
 


	 


	 
Project Features:&nbsp; 


	1. Large-span, high-rise hangar 


	2. Large window and door area, resulting in large heat transfer coefficient in the enclosure structure 
3. Large temperature gradient inside the architecture, significant air stratification, which causes&nbsp;the top to be warmer and the bottom to be cooler, resulting in faster heat dissipation from the roof

4. Spacious building and higher temperature requirement, needing faster heating rate 

	 


	5. Doors open frequently, and the intrusion of cold wind consumes a lot of heat. 


	6. The hangar is mainly used for airplane maintenance, therefore requiring more safety concerns. 
 
Equipment Usage：We have chosen 84 sets of IMPRESIND Tub-One gas-fired radiant heating products for this project. The project is currently under early-phase construction.&nbsp;
